Panchakarma & Rejuvenation

This is a unique experience calling in 3 special women to join me and Eso Terra Foundation here in Costa Rica to immerse yourself in the healing modalities of Ayurveda and holistic wellness.
This intimate experience takes place at the Eso Terra residency where you will stay on site with Kayla, Panchakarma Therapist and Ayurvedic Counselor, to undergo a 7 day Ayurveda Detox (Panchakarma) and a 2 week Rejuvenation Therapy (Rasayana Chikitsa) and Integration.
A full lifestyle pivot, you will gain the knowledge to bring these Ayurvedic tools and philosophies home with you. All while feeling the benefits of Panchakarma and new Ayurvedic principles.
Ayurveda & Yoga are holistic forms of wellness. During our weeks together you will feel educated, empowered, and LIBERATED by this deep dive toward healing.
You will receive daily massage for 7 days to deeply nourish your body in preparation for the cleanse day. These massages will activate your lymphatic system, your body's natural detoxification center.
Throughout the week you will be on a kitchari cleanse, eating mostly kitchari throughout the 7 days of the cleanse. Nourishing your digestive system and giving yourself a much needed reset. Kitchari is a combination of rice and mung beans with veggies and Ayurvedic spices.
Meal times will be at your own leisure and all food allergies can be accommodated. Kitchari is absolutely delicious and satisfying and you will feel full energy and satiation throughout the week!
This is a time to fully NOURISH your body, mind, and soul. Let the mind rest and the body and soul rejuvenate.
Ayurveda cleansing is all about giving your body more, not less.
We will also share Yoga, Ayurveda workshop (customized to you and the lifestyle you already live), sunset meditations and pranayama practices.
You will have plenty of free time to enjoy the area as you like. You will feel fully energized eating kitchari and undergoing this cleanse. Your energy levels will not be compromised and you will be able to explore the Caribbean coast fully.
What to Expect:
Upon arrival, you will have an arrival dinner and orientation.
The days to follow will include a variation of morning yoga, pranayama, meditation, or free time. All Yoga is for beginners or intermediate Yogis.

Week 1 - Elements of Ayurveda + Cleansing & Self Care (Dinacharya)
Week 2 - Agni Igniting + Ayurvedic Herbalism

1x a week evening Yoga Nidra/ Restorative Meditation
Cleanse Details:
1 Week Panchakarma includes daily oil massage (1 hour treatment).
You will be mono-dieting kitchari, a classic Indian dish used for cleansing.
On Day 5, you will drink oil to cleanse the full digestive tract and release all the toxins, leaving you with a profound sense of mental clarity, lightness to the body, and a closer connection to self.
You will continue to eat Kitchari and begin to rejuvenate your system for 2 more days.
The following week you will begin Agni Igniting Protocol (Rasayana Chikitsa) and ignite your digestive fire (Agni) post-cleanse, healing your digestive system long-term. This process includes specific nutrition, herbs, and practices such as pranayama or asana.
The third week you will incorporate more Ojas building foods for vitality and immunity. This process includes specific nutrition, herbs, and practices such as pranayama and nervous system regulation.
What I truly love about Ayurveda is that it does not simply look at the physical. It is believed that all dis-ease begins in the digestive system and the greatest way to maintain our vitality is to annually cleanse our digestive tract.
Ayurveda recognizes we are not only digesting the food we eat.
We are digesting the conversations we have, the relationships we hold, and our everyday experiences.
Mind-blowing stuff, right? Every experience we have needs to be digested through our mind and body!
Each day you will have free time to enjoy the area and relax as you wish.
The surrounding area has opportunities to explore waterfalls, nearby beaches, shops, and national parks.

Food
Week 1: Kitchari Cleansing
Kitchari is a mixture of mung beans, basmati rice, ghee, ayurvedic spices, and veggies. All made to address your Dosha. You will mono-diet Kitchari for 7 days; breakfast will be spiced chia pudding and fruits. All food will be provided for this week.
Week 2: Agni Igniting Protocol
All meals will follow the 7 Day protocol (manual provided) to activate your digestive fire and heal your digestive system. These meals include, but are not limited to: fresh veggies, greens, ferments, bone broth, soups, stews, whole grains, healthy fats, curries, and eggs. You will be empowered and guided to create these meals yourself.
Week 3: Ojas Building Protocol
All meals will follow the 5 Day protocol (manual provided) to nourish your system deeply and rejuvenate your nervous system. These meals include, but are not limited to: fresh veggies, healthy fats, natural sweets such as dates or figs, bone broth, soups, eggs, curries, and spiced milks. You will be empowered and guided to create these meals yourself.
