Hatha Yoga

Learn correct alignment, build strength and flexibility. Hold postures 5-10 breaths.

Yin Yoga

Soft & Slow. Yin is an opportunity to rest and restore, while stretching deeply and releasing the deeper tissues of the body. Hold postures for 3-7 minutes

Ashtanga

Primary series taught as a beginner style of ashtanga, fast pace, strong. Hold postures for 5 breaths.

Pranayama

Different styles of yogic breath work to calm the nervous system, activate the mind and improve immune function.

Meditation

Different styles of meditation are used to help still the body and mind, come to difficult decisions, deal with current life events or stressors.

Ayurveda

Use your dosha to create a practice that’s right for you. Use any style above and add an Ayurvedic twist to simultaneously gain knowledge and self inquiry.
